Drug Rehabs

I plan to do a documentary on the rehabilitation centers. I wonder if it is a drug rehabs here allow me to shoot and interview some of the staff and patients as well. You need rehabilitation centers directly, I doubt that many of the employees time management / applied in this area. There are many issues to work on: Patient privacy and confidentiality, privacy of treatment. Centre may consist of rights to modify the final / product before monitoring release, distribution or display. I'm sure there are several considerations that I have escaped. Is this a student project, training class or something planned for cable? Good luck.
